In accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”), we kindly inform you that:

- Personal data is processed for the purpose of:
- concluding and performing a contract and contacting related to contract performance, based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR;
- accounting and tax purposes, based on Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.
- Recipients of personal data may include banks, postal and courier service providers, IT service providers, legal services, and other entities authorized under the law.
- Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes and for the period resulting from legal regulations.
- Persons whose data is processed have the right to access their personal data, as well as the right to rectify, erase, and restrict the processing of their personal data.
- Persons whose data is processed have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
- Providing personal data is a condition for concluding a contract. The consequence of not providing it will be the inability to conclude and perform the contract.
- Personal data will not be used for automated decision-making or profiling referred to in Article 22 of the GDPR.

- Recipients of personal data may include: hosting provider, IT service providers, entities authorized under the law.
- Persons whose data is processed have the right to access the content of their personal data, as well as the right to rectification, erasure, and restriction of processing of their personal data.
- Persons whose data is processed have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
