GDPR Terms

According to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”), kindly be informed that: 1.The controller of your personal data is ARKA-DRUK Sp. z o.o. represented by Artur Bach, located at 1 Cukrownicza Street, 18-100 Łapy, telephone: +48 727 429 753, email address: biuro@arkadruk.com. 2.Personal data is processed based on: Article 6(1)(a) and Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 – for the purpose of conducting electronic correspondence. 3.Personal data will be stored for a period allowing for the complete completion of activities related to providing a response to the inquiry, and then, in the case of certain matters, also for the period of documentation storage in the archive. 4.Recipients of personal data may include: hosting provider, IT service providers, entities authorized under the law. 5.Individuals whose data is concerned have the right to access the content of their personal data, as well as the right to rectification, erasure, and restriction of processing of their personal data. 6.Individuals whose data is concerned have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. 7.Providing personal data is a condition for entering into a contract. Failure to provide them will result in the inability to conclude and execute the contract. 8.Personal data will not be used for automated decision-making or profiling as referred to in Article 22 of the GDPR.
