This planographic printing technique is employed in high-volume print runs where the image is offset from a planographic print plate to the substrate via an intermediary cylinder coated with a rubber blanket.

Our production utilizes state-of-the-art machinery, ensuring that the quality of the product we deliver is both reliable and consistent.
Offset Printing (Conventional and UV Low Migration)
Digital Printing
A print method ideal for short-run productions, utilizing digital presses that render an image directly from digital data without the use of traditional intermediate carriers or printing forms.
Embossing
This process raises specific graphic elements on the sheet by employing embossing dies mounted within an embossing press or die cutter.
Laminating
Noted for its significant durability and stability, this process provides excellent protection for products, especially during transportation and storage, while preserving the integral aesthetic qualities of the offset print.
Raised Varnish (also 3D)
This technique involves screen printing to deposit a substantial volume of varnish in targeted areas, which upon UV curing, results in a textured, raised effect sans the embossing step.
Hybrid Varnish (also known as Orange Peel or Drip-Off)
In-line varnishing utilizing an offset tower along with a flexographic printing tower, where the application of two varnishes triggers a series of chemical reactions resulting in a textured surface.
Printing on PET and PVC Films
Printing on non-absorbent substrates, facilitated by UV printing technology which immediately cures the ink through UV radiation.
Soft Touch Varnish
A varnish that imparts a velvety texture to surfaces, applied using a flexographic printing tower. It’s suitable for coating both absorbent and non-absorbent substrates. Występuje możliwość lakierowania podłoży wsiąkliwych jak i niewsiąkliwych.
Flocking
The application of textile fibers to specific areas of the sheet by printing an adhesive with a screen and then using an electrostatic tunnel for fiber alignment.
Die-Cutting (also known as Punching)
The process involves excising a paper, cardboard, or similar substrate into a desired shape for printed products using a die-cutting tool or ‘die’.
Multi-point Gluing and Folding
Adhesive is applied at precise points, and the carton is folded with the help of a folding-gluing machine to facilitate quick packaging of products.
Gloss / Matte Varnish
Varnishes that give surfaces a deep matte or high gloss finish using UV technology, or a low gloss and satin finish in conventional technology.
Hot Stamping (also known as Foil Stamping)
A print technique that utilizes hot-stamping foil and heat-conductive raised dies for creating images or designs.
Calendering
The entire sheets of cardboard are pressed through rollers, which can impart effects such as a leather or canvas texture to the sheets.
Matte / Gloss / Soft Touch Film
Applying films to sheets to achieve specific effects such as matte, gloss, structured, or suede-like surfaces, thus providing an additional barrier against external factors.
